Location of your data. Personal data handled by "Areua Electronics" is stored and processed in Sweden or in other countries where "Areua Electronics" and our partners or suppliers are active. We take steps to ensure that the personal data we collect under this Privacy Policy is handled in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and in accordance with applicable laws where the information is available. Transfers outside the EU / EEA. If we were to transfer your personal data to third countries, i.e. countries outside the EU / EEA, we will enter into agreements and take other measures in accordance with applicable legal requirements, which include the European Union's standard contractual clauses. Please email areuaelectronics@gmail.com if you would like more information about the safeguards we have in place when transferring data outside the EU and EEA. If you use the website or the Service when you are outside the EU yourself, we cannot prevent your personal data from being transferred outside the EU. We only retain personal data for as long as the data is necessary to be able to provide our website and services, and to fulfill the purposes stated above. We do not store your IP address, MAC number and similar data in the long term. This data is only processed temporarily within technical logs that can be analyzed to optimize the website and its use, e.g. to perform troubleshooting regarding the website. We will save and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to administer your membership and provide the website or for as long as it is required to fulfill our possible legal obligations. We will retain your data for as long as you are a Member of "Areua Electronics", and up to thirty-six (36) months after you made your last purchase, or twenty-four (36) months after you became inactive, or chose to end your membership, with "Areua Electronics".

Criteria for determining storage time

Different types of data can be stored for different periods of time. The criteria that determine how long we store your data may be:

(a) How long do we need your personal data to be able to provide you with the website and the services you have ordered? For example: If you have become a Member of "Areua Electronics", we will store your information for as long as necessary to manage your membership, i.e. until you decide to end your membership or delete your account. If you have had continuous communication with our customer service, we will store the information you have provided for as long as necessary to be able to handle your request.

(b) Do we have any legal, contractual or other similar obligations to store the data? For example: "Areua Electronics" may be subject to mandatory legislation on the retention of information, for example for accounting purposes. It may also be a request from a government authority to store data relevant to investigations or data that must be saved to resolve a potential dispute. We review and update our retention periods for personal data regularly. Please note that if you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we may keep your data on an explicit "do-not-send" list to ensure that you do not receive future communications from us via email.

The exception to this policy

Aggregated data is collected and processed using cookies to monitor and evaluate user trends on the website. For detailed information about how "Areua Electronics" uses cookies, email areuaelectronics@gmail.com . We collect information about how users of our service interact with "Areua Electronics" in a way that means that we cannot link the data back to you. We use the anonymous information about how our Members and Visitors use our website and our services for statistics, service improvement and service development. This data will be completely anonymous and does not constitute personal data. It can therefore be stored longer than your personal information. Anonymization means that we remove all parts of personal data that can be linked to you. Anonymous personal data also lacks anything that could make it possible to reconnect data to you in the future. This process of "depersonalization" of personal data goes one step further than the process of pseudonymization, which means that anonymization makes it even more difficult to identify an individual than pseudonymization.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that you provide to another Member or Visitor via the website or when you otherwise use third-party services such as messaging and payment services.

Changes and Updates to this Policy

We will update our Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect customer feedback, changes to the service, or the updated interpretation of the law. When the notice is updated, we will display the last update date at the top of the notice. In the event of significant changes to this Privacy Policy or to how "Areua Electronics" uses your personal information, we will notify you, on our website or by email, before the changes take effect, if required by law. Please review this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay informed about how "Areua Electroncis" protects your personal information and privacy.
